I’ve had the pleasure of watching this little man grow during his first exciting year.  This was our third session, and ironically, after two postponements it happened to fall exactly on his one year birthday!!     

He sat perfectly upon one of my little treasures I’ve picked up along the way — an adorable antique milking stool.  The light from the foyer ignited his sweet face, and I was able to capture his beautiful spirit.  

Happy Birthday, little one – I can’t wait to watch you grow!! 

This family is blessed with four gorgeous boys, and before getting to work on that perfect Christmas Card image of the four of them together, I was able to capture the littlest one as he spent some quality time with Mommy. I just love this spontaneous moment of playtime between the two of them!!   

I’ve had the privilege of capturing images of this sweet family when their twins were first born — it’s hard to believe they’re ONE already!!!  You can see how much they’ve changed and grown — check out their newborn images under the “Brand New Ones” Gallery in the main site!!  Big Brother “B” is one of the most kind and patient big brothers I’ve ever, ever met!!  It took a while to get the twins interested in sitting in one place (with all the leaves around, they were very interested in crawling around and investigating!!) –  and Mr. “B” just stood patiently, waiting for the right moment to show us his warm smile once again!!!

I’ve been dying to photograph this family for the longest time!!!  They live right around the corner from me, and every time I see the bright eyes of their sweet little girl and the chubby cheeks of their adorable little boy, I just want to grab my camera and start clicking away!!!! We finally had an opportunity to spend the afternoon together, and what better place to let free spirits run free but in a beautiful open field?  The leaves were at their peak of brightness, the weather was unseasonably warm, and we took advantage of the late afternoon light as it became more and more soft and golden.

Little Miss “A” — FULL of fire and energy (well, especially after a few pieces of Halloween yummies!!!)  - we spent the first half of the session running around, and I was able to capture her energy as she sped by me holding her special bunny friend, his little fur showing all the lovies she has given to him!

When all the sugar buzz energy finally subsided a little, we had some quiet time hanging out in the grass — and this is the image that we got — and one that shows off her amazing eyes!!   

And sweet Baby “G” – you gotta LOVE a little guy in overalls — and couldn’t you just eat him up??  Look at those gorgeous eyes and his chubby little cheeks!!  Such a sweetheart!!! 

It’s been super busy here these past several weeks as Regular Sessions have been intertwined with Holiday Mini Sessions and designing Christmas Cards for many clients – it may be fall but the Holidays are in full swing for me!!!

Amid the craziness, I couldn’t help but take a quick break to post two of my favorite images from a recent session — Miss A and Mr. O — The FUN spirit of this big sister and brother was contagious, and we had so much fun enjoying a beautiful fall afternoon together!
