This family is particularly special to me. Kendall is my Cole’s best little friend – I smile every time he says her name, because he calls her “Candle”. She lives right down the street from us, and his favorite pastime is going to the playground with her. Her toes are always painted, and she has long hair with little baby curls still hanging on to the edges. She’s the sweet little girl featured as the last revolving image on my Home Page, and I think she’s just beautiful.

We’ve been talking about this Session since the wintertime, when they decided it was finally time to cut those sweet baby curls off. She’ll be donating her hair, the first time it will ever be cut, to “Locks for Love”. Her heart’s as big as her smile.

I had fun catching the sunshine in those tender locks of love, so her mommy and daddy could always remember how soft they were and how they framed her sweet face.

Her little brother is Blake – full of life and spunk. He had a blast, chasing me so he could give me a rockin “High Five”!
